After submitting this RMA Request Form, follow these instructions to ship your product to Datablaze:

• 1. Package the product including all charging cables, accessories, and any other parts that originally came with the product.
• 2. Write the RMA number provided on the outside of the package.

Wait for a response from the RMA department. The response will be sent via email to the email address provided above. The RMA process may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs to Datablaze must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs to the customer will be provided by Datablaze.
