Technical Account Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager with a strong background in cellular, wireless, or B2B technology environments. This role is critical for customer success, technical implementation, and ongoing solution delivery. If you’re excited to guide clients through complex deployments, solve technical problems, and build long-term relationships, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, innovative environment.

Position Expectations:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Remain highly organized and adapt to changing operational business needs
  • Be a team player, with a focus on company growth and client relationships
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, operations, and tech support team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and inquiries
  • Manage ongoing support and implementation
  • Generate quarterly business reviews & assess company productivity with operations team
  • Proficient in desktop tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Pay: $25-$40/hr

Anticipated hours: 40 per week (M-F)
