In this round of updates, we’ve made improvements across VOYAGER’s wireless management and GPS tools, touching billing, connectivity, dashboards, and device management.
Highlights
Smarter Top Data Users dashboard. Cleaner layout, a three-month usage trend line, and a new plan filter.
Multiple payment methods. Save more than one payment method and set a default from a new wallet-style picker.
Marketplace appointments. Schedule and manage appointments directly on Marketplace orders.
Clearer DB1 SIM details. DB1 SIMs now show a readable network and country name instead of a raw code.
Groups, rebuilt in VOYAGER. Contact fields, location, and automatic address lookup, now inside VOYAGER.
Dashcam configuration. A new Configuration tab for managing KP2 dashcam settings.

Billing and Invoicing
- Accounts can now store multiple payment methods and set a default, using a new wallet-style picker on the Account Edit screen.
- Fixed an issue in Compare Invoices where totals could be inflated for plans that appeared on multiple lines.
VOYAGER Marketplace
- Marketplace managers can now schedule and manage appointments on orders.
- Appointment times now handle time zones correctly, including daylight saving transitions.
- Files can now be attached to an appointment before it is saved.
- Appointment contacts no longer require an email address, and a new phone extension field is available.
eSIM and Connectivity
- DB1 SIMs now display a readable network and country name instead of a raw code.
- The Add SIMs tool has a new SIM Type selector, supports entering eSIM details.
- Subscriber cards were simplified to show the six most useful fields, with eSIM-specific details shown only for eSIMs.
- Text messages to DB1 SIMs have been improved through a more reliable sending system.
VOYAGER Dashboards
- The Top Data Users dashboard was redesigned with cleaner columns and a three-month usage trend line.
- A multi-select plan filter was added to Top Data Users.
- Pool-related columns and toggles now appear only for users with pricing access.
- Several rarely used columns were removed, and a hint now appears when column text is cut off.
- Dashboard cards were unified under one system, with a new account quick-view popup and a search-as-you-type account finder. Layout preferences now save to the account and follow the user between browsers.
Groups, Roles and Notifications
- Groups were fully migrated into VOYAGER for a more consistent experience.
- Groups now support contact fields and a location, with automatic address lookup from coordinates.
Devices, Maps and Integrations
- A new Configuration tab in the GPS platform Device Setup manages KP2 dashcam settings.
- The dashcam video-clip panel received several improvements, including friendlier event names, filters and expanded clips that no longer reset during live updates, and a fix for camera swapping on pages with multiple clips.
- Optional sensor-data export to an external monitoring dashboard is now available and can be toggled per device.
- Map directions and address search moved to Google’s newer Routes and Places services.
- Fixed an issue where reaching the home page from certain links showed an error instead of the login screen.
- Forgot-password now accepts email addresses that use a plus tag.
- Automated carrier data-pull jobs were updated for AT&T and Jasper’s new two-factor login and Telus’s new login page.
- Self-service customer onboarding is now available, with an invite link and a guided setup wizard that covers plans, terms, payment, and branding.
