1. Account Linking for Easy Access to Multiple Accounts
Managing multiple accounts just got easier. Voyager now allows users to link multiple accounts, enabling seamless switching between them. This feature is especially beneficial for users managing SIMs and endpoints across multiple organizations.
To set up account linking, go to the Users page in Voyager, select Invite User, and provide the necessary details, including the name and email address of the user you’d like to link. Once the invitation is sent, they’ll receive instructions on linking their user profile to other accounts—making it simple to toggle between different accounts with just a few clicks.
2. Enhanced Invoicing Features with Credit Memos
The enhanced invoicing features in Voyager add flexibility to how you manage billing with the new ability to create credit memos. Now, you can issue credits to your customers without immediately applying them to an open invoice. This option is useful when you want to offer a credit for future use or manage ad hoc credits in a streamlined way.
You can access this feature by navigating to the Billing Center or Account Dashboard in Voyager, where credit memos are created in a similar manner to invoices. If needed, these credit memos can later be applied to open invoice balances, adding even more flexibility to customer billing.
3. Bulk Account Management Using CSV Imports
For organizations needing to create and manage multiple sub-accounts at once, Voyager’s new bulk account management feature saves time and effort. You can now upload a CSV file to add multiple accounts in one go. This feature, accessible from the Accounts page through the Bulk Add Accounts button, provides detailed instructions and a downloadable template, simplifying the setup process for multiple accounts.
This functionality is ideal for large-scale account setups and helps system administrators save valuable time by automating what would otherwise be a manual and time-intensive process.
4. New Manufacturer Integrations with Atel ATRACS
Voyager’s integration capabilities continue to grow with the addition of the Atel ATRACS remote management system. This integration enables Voyager users to pull and sync endpoints directly from Atel’s ATRACS system into their Voyager accounts. With this, organizations using Atel ATRACS can now manage their devices within Voyager, ensuring a cohesive and centralized management experience.
