We are a leading software provider in the GPS and Data industry and we are looking for a self-starter who is excited about working in the GPS field. This Position will be 30-40 hrs/week to start, with the potential to move to full time with salary and full benefits.We believe that having a great place to work directly correlates to our team’s productivity. What you'll be doing:
We are looking for someone with technical support experience that is willing to take on new roles and challenges as needed and support the Tier 1 technical support team with high level technical requests and issues. The position requires multi-tasking between support, product integrations, fulfillment, and more.
The ideal candidate will:
- Easily master new software systems
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in technical support role
- Have experience with Quality Assurance practices
- Posses excellent communication skills
- Be a team player that is excited to take on new roles
- Have a high level of accountability
- Be comfortable diagnosing product issues
Bonus Proficiency:
- Experience in Adobe products
- Database Experience (MySQL, SQL)
- Experience with GPS products
- Experience with cellular products (3G, 4G, LTE, CAT-M, NB-IoT)
- Spanish speaking
