After submitting this RMA Request Form, follow these instructions to ship your product to Datablaze:

  1. 1. Package the product including all charging cables, accessories, and any other parts that originally came with the product.
  2. 2. Write the RMA number provided on the outside of the package.
  3. 3. Ship to:

After shipping product to Datablaze wait for a response from the RMA department. The response will be sent via the support ticket created upon RMA request. It may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt to determine whether product will be approved or declined for replacement. Shipping costs to Datablaze must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs to the customer will be provided by Datablaze.

RMA Instructions

After submitting this RMA Request Form, follow these instructions:

  1. 1. Replacement product(s) will be shipped to Reseller upon receipt of this form.
  2. 2. Once Reseller receives replacement product(s):
  3. a. Package the product(s) including all charging cables, accessories, and any other parts that originally came with the product(s).
  4. b. Place provided return shipping label on box and ship to Datablaze.
